The Heron Q has been designed with a higher cooling capacity
than the Heron 2.2, making it more suitable for slightly bigger
and more demanding air spaces. It is an efficient reverse cycle
air conditioner and comes with an infrared remote control
for easier climate control. The air handler is normally fitted
in an overhead compartment while the condenser would be
best positioned at the back of a cupboard. The condenser
has been designed in such a way that cupboards and shelves
can be built right up to the unit - all required maintenance
access can be done from the outside of the RV! The Heron Q’s
multidirectional fascia (on the air handler) gives greater air
control, allowing you to direct air flow to where it is needed
most. It is suitable for caravans, motor homes and pop tops
up to 7mt in external length. Aircommand air conditioners are
designed and manufactured in Australia and come with an
Aircommand 12month warranty on parts and labour. The Heron
Q is available in two air handler colours – White or Sparkling
Silver.

The Jabiru is an all in one unit that is compact enough for use
in camper trailers and smaller RV’s. Although its performance
will be affected by ambient temperatures when installed in a
camper trailer (being that canvas is your only insulation) it still
provides 2.2Kw of cooling and heating. It has a LED control
panel enabling you to view your climate control settings and
adjust them accordingly. The full function remote control has
a sleep timer and dehumidifying options. Like the Heron 2.2,
the Jabiru also has heat pump reverse cycle heating, allowing
for operation in temperatures as low as -5
0
C. The compactness
of the Jabiru makes it easy to install in a cupboard and is
simple enough to self-install. Suitable for caravans up to 5mt
in external length, or used in camper trailers providing spot
cooling for heating relief. Comes with an Aircommand 12month
warranty on parts and labour.
